Tuition Policy
Tuition must be paid in advance of all activities and is non-refundable for any reason other than cancellation of the activity by PPAC.
Tuition is nonrefundable and cannot not be credited or transferred to other activities as a result of a student’s cancellation, absence, or withdrawal from an activity for any reason.
In the event of inclement weather, power outages, or other school closings beyond PPAC’s control, activities may be provided online through PPAC’s videoconferencing system, in which case tuition is not be credited, refundable, or transferrable to other activities.
PPAC accepts payments online only through a SSL-secured payment portal. To ensure that our customer’s account numbers are protected, payments ar never accepted by our staff in any manner including in-person, by email, or by telephone.
Conduct
Respectful and courteous conduct is required at all times of all students, parents, and their guests. Any use of profanity, verbally abusive communication, inappropriate physical contact, aggressive or threatening behavior, damage to PPAC’s facility or equipment, or conduct which could be upsetting to others may result in dismissal from the school without refund of tuition.
Social Media Policy
PPAC’s staff routinely photographs and makes audio and video recordings of student performances and group activities which we may publish in brochures, posters, in-school displays, on our website, and on our social networking websites such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, and YouTube. As a condition of enrollment at PPAC, you grant PPAC the right to utilize photos, video, and audio of student performances and group activities such as classes and camps.
Students will not be personally identified in photo, video, and audio use unless permission is granted by the student (or by the parent if the student is a minor). Removal of a student’s photos or recordings may be requested in writing addressed to the school’s email address. PPAC will make best efforts to comply with exclusion requests, however exclusion requests will not be granted with regards to group photos or videos that include other students or staff.
Classes, rehearsals, performances, and events taking place within PPAC’s theaters may be recorded and/or livestreamed. Livestreamed performances cannot exclude specific students.
Student Drop-Off and Pickup
Parents are required to personally drop off and pick up their children, or arrange for another adult to do so, at the scheduled start and end times of all activities, or at times arranged with PPAC for summer camp early drop-off or late pickup. PPAC cannot ensure that students will not exit our facility on their own outside of scheduled activities.
Medical and Special Needs
Please inform us by email of any medical or special needs. We may require a signed medical authorization, allergy action plan, asthma action plan, or other documentation. Any prescription medication provided for student’s use must include a non-expired label with the student’s name.
